Right on Time

Blouse & Trousers: American Apparel. Leather Jacket & Boots: TopShop. Ring: Lara Bohinc.

My first ever 'timer' shoot! These were the only half decent ones in the entire shoot but practice makes perfect!

I'm missing the boy so much... and not just because I have to take my own pictures! I've been filling my time with movies, script reading, yoga and trashy novels. Trashy novels are my guilty pleasure. Right now I'm reading "Hollywood Kids" by Jackie Collins. Pure trash and I love it!!!!

P.S No weave! I'm putting myself through withdrawal before I become too addicted.

Ahhh this is amazing inspiration - I just bought a pair of vintage peg trousers almost identical to these and was having a footwear issue and kept chickening out of wearing them... but ankle lace up boots go perfectly! I shall definitely try this combo tomorrow... thanks Ashley! :) x

This camera is a Leica D-LUX 4... Usually the boy shoots on a big Cannon the name of which I cant remember!

The Leica is awesome :)

you look so beautiful, my dear. for a first timer your shots are brilliant! :) it is rather annoying though, isn't it? running back and forth to set the timer and strike a pose. i really ought to get myself one of those leads which take the pictures whenever you want at the click of the button. or i could always try and find myself a lovely boyfriend who wouldn't mind taking them for me, ha! :)

I really love the trousers, the color especially! I think without the jacket looks quite nice, very Spring-y.

Love the ring and you did a great job with the timer! How the heck do you get your hair to do that loose wave with a flat iron? i know you said in a previous post you do it at an angle..?? I can't manage to get that "relaxed curl" with any kind of styling tool--curling iron or flat iron! Tips? :D OR, I bet other readers (along with myself) would love a "how to" post on styling hair!

Those trousers are gorgeous.... I'm writing about the same thing as the person above, what colour are those trousers? They don't seem to have the same colour on the AA site.

Ring My Bell said...

Megane, Chloe- Sorry for the delayed response ladies! I've had a look on the AA website and it doesn't look like they are selling them online. I got mine in the AA store on Carnaby St London and they definitely still have them in stock there. There is no colour code on the label :( x
